Below are some frequently asked questions:

Q:  What is the application process:

A:  Once you have viewed a property and would like to apply, you will need to complete our RENTAL APPLICATION and turn it into our office.  You will also need to provide a copy of a current ID, proof of income (recent paystubs showing 30 days of income) and pay the non-refundable application fee(s).  The application fee is $50.00 per applicant over the age of 18.  The application can take 2-3 business days to process depending on the availability of references given.  Applications that are incomplete or illegible will not be processed.  

 

 

Q:  How long can you hold the property once I have been approved?

 

A:  If your application has been approved, you will receive a call to discuss the delivery of the security deposit, the move-in date and signing of the lease.  The lease must be signed withing 5 business days of notification of approval and the move-in date must be withing 14 calendar days from the notification of approval.  The property will stay on the rental market until the security deposit is paid.  

 

 

Q:  Do you take pets?

 

A:  There are some houses/apartments that will accept pets.  If a pet is accepted, it must be a small dog, 25 lbs & under.  NO CATS ARE ACCEPTED.  A $200.00 NON REFUNDABLE fee must be paid, and you must provide us with a picture of the dog, along with current shot records.

 

 

Q:  What are the qualifications for renting?

 

A:  You must have a clean rental history.  If you have ever been evicted, asked to move, or have made late payments, we will probably be unable to help you.  We will also perform a credit and criminal background check.  If we find that you have given false information on your application, we will be unable to help you.

 

 

Q:  Can I rent a house without seeing the inside?

 

A:  No.  We will not rent any home without you seeing the interior.  We have agents that are available to show during the week, weekend and after hours.

 

 

Q:  How can I view a house that I am interested in?

 

A:  You may contact our office by phone or email.  A member of our management staff will promptly contact you to set an appointment to view the property.
